TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Payment

  • Bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of £100 and the balance must be paid no later than six weeks before the start of the holiday. In the event of full payment not being received, the owners will be free to re-let the cottage. The deposit is non-refundable.
  • If booking two weeks a ten percent discount is available on the second week.
  • Full payment must accompany bookings made less than six weeks before arrival.
  • Cheques should be made payable to ‘Sallie Reynolds’.

    Accommodation

  • Details of those who will be occupying the cottage must be entered on the Booking Form. The Store is designed for the comfort of four people, plus small child in a cot, and this number must not be exceeded without permission of the owner.
  • Breakages and spillages must be reported immediately and a charge may be made.
  • There is no extra charge for electricity, heating or water, subject to normal usage. A charge may be made for exceptional usage.
  • Logs are provided for the log burning fire in the lounge, but these must be replaced for the next guests.
  • Price includes bed linen and towels (one hand/one bath) per person. Beds are supplied with a duvet and two pillows per person.  Towels are not to be taken out of The Store and must not be used as beach towels.
  • There is no phone, but there is a good signal for most mobile phones and a payphone in the town square.
  • A travel cot, travel stair gate and high chair may be available by prior arrangement, but we request that you provide your own bedding for the cot.
  • The changeover day is Friday (unless by prior arrangement). The property will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10am on the departure date.
  • We ask that you leave the property as you found it.
