The Store offers luxuriously spacious and stylish accommodation in the heart of St Just conservation area.

ABOUT THE STORE

The Store has been tastefully refurbished to provide spacious, contemporary and relaxing accommodation for four people, plus one small child.

On entering the property you will find yourself in the spacious open plan living area, equipped with two new comfy leather sofas on which to relax and enjoy the latest slim flat screen TV with Sky Freeview, DVD and stereo system. In the cooler winter months why not light a log fire and snuggle up with a loved one?

Adjoining the living room is a modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with quality appliances to provide all you will need to rustle up a meal after a day exploring the area. There is also a washer/dryer in case you need to wash your clothes during your stay.

Leading off from the open plan living area is the dining room with new oak table and leather chairs and display cabinet, housing everything you need to dine in style.  Guests can also dine at the large table in the living room if preferred.

At the other end of the dining room is a door that leads to a large wetroom, complete with power shower with four directional  jets, a washbasin and toilet.

Stairs lead off the open plan living area to the bedrooms.

The spacious master bedroom has been thoughtfully designed to provide luxuriously stylish accommodation, including an Iron Bed Company kingsize bed and two matching marble bedside tables. This bedroom has lovely views across St Just church to the open fields and moors beyond.

The second bedroom contains two wooden 3ft divan beds and a spacious wardrobe.  It overlooks the sun-trap patio garden to the rear of the cottage.

There is also a luxurious family bathroom with a range of fitted cupboards on this floor. It comprises a double-ended bath, with hand shower attachment, wash basin and toilet.

Outside the cottage is a secluded sun-trap patio garden with wooden garden furniture. This is accessed via the kitchen making it easy for outside dining. There is also a BBQ for those who like to cook outdoors.

A modern central heating system provides heat in all rooms via thermostatically controlled radiators and supplies constant hot water. In the cooler winter months the cottage benefits from a log burning fire in the lounge.

There is space to park one car directly outside the cottage, with further free parking less than 100 yards away next to the library, which also houses the Tourist Information Centre.

The cottage is ideally situated just a short stroll from open countryside, yet less than 50 yards from the heart of St Just with its many galleries, shops, cafes and pubs.

The coastal path and local beaches are about a mile away.
